Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! Use our Custom Request form to describe your project vision. We'll match you with the perfect designer or fabricator based on your style, budget, and timeline requirements.
How do I become a seller?
Register as a Designer or Fabricator, complete your profile with portfolio pieces, and start uploading your designs. Our team reviews each submission to ensure quality standards. Designers keep 85% of every sale!
What file formats are supported?
We support all major CNC and 3D printing formats including DXF, SVG, STL, STEP, AI, PDF, and ZIP archives. Most designs include multiple format options for maximum compatibility.
What is your refund policy?
Digital products are non-refundable, but we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If a file has technical issues, contact our support team and we'll work with the designer to resolve it or provide a credit.
Do you offer commercial licenses?
Yes! Many designs include both personal and commercial license options. Commercial licenses allow you to fabricate and sell physical products. Check each product page for specific licensing terms.
